Upon project inception, Premier Electrical & Automation will organise & setup an effective management and supervision team that is structured mainly for each stage of the project. The project team will be drawn from leading technical and management resources to ensure that personnel with the necessary skills are focused on each stage of the project.
We will setup a shared project management infrastructure, visible to all stakeholders and ensure communication is clear and well maintained throughout. We will produce a strategy for the contract and identify key success criteria such as:
